Who We Are
At Shift Systems we think about security all day long but we’re not all buttoned up about it. First and foremost, we focus on solving challenging authentication, identity and computing problems with a persistent awareness of the changing threat landscape. Consistent with our multiple definitions of what it means to be a successful company, we strive to build a comfortable and engaging work environment. For example, when we consider success for individuals, we envision our development and execution team as a “James Bond-esque Q-Division” for production systems. Our people are not defined by the title they hold, rather we provide a space where team members participate in both thinking and doing across a wide spectrum of roles. What We Do
The work we do requires a balanced set of skills from our team. Shift’s operations teams represent the front-line in our personal approach to customers. Using their broad base of executional and transactional skills, and their varied levels of client engagement experience, they deliver a streamlined process and a comfortable outcome. Our development teams leverage subject matter expertise in software and network security, cryptography, cloud services and big data problems. They build and deliver mission-critical solutions. Together, our teams deftly meet customer demands for enterprise-level quality and security, while maintaining a consumer-style focus on products that engage the individual end-user. This effectively enables us to balance form and function in order to provide a superior user experience without compromising enterprise-level expectations. All of this is done in teams whose members have the ability to work autonomously, in self-directed pairs, or in a collaborative group environment.
Who We Want

Shift aggressively needs software engineers and managers, security professionals, account managers and client facing support staff.
